Lloyd Paul Events will be integrated within Mobile Promotions with a large focus on growing the agency's overseas incentive offering in 2014.
The company will also look to grow all sides of the business, from brand engagement activities, roadshows and stunts to award, conference and event production.
Paul Taylor will join the team as event director.
