Now in its 13th year, ISPY provides top selling cabin crew with sales training, and the opportunity to compete for the title of ‘Inflight Sales Person of the Year’.
The event aims to help airlines increase revenues from onboard sales by bringing together top selling cabin crew, airline managers and retail buyers, and key suppliers of inflight retail products.
ISPY 2014 opened with an evening drinks party yesterday and will culminate with a Gala Awards dinner on Friday during which the award will be announced.
During the week, the programme will include brand experience workshops, crew training sessions, management masterclasses, a trade show and a Dragon’s Den initiative. Corporate Events will also stage a number social events in the evenings, including a Night Time Olympics, ISPY’s Got Talent and an International Drinks, Dinner and Dance.
