Sunborn London, a new super yacht hotel located on the waterfront at Royal Victoria Dock, is set to launch in March this year.

Operated by ISS Hotels Division, the property will offer a three-level event venue with terraces facing towards Canary Wharf, and 138 rooms over five floors.

It will also offer a reception area, bar and lounge, fine-dining restaurant, banqueting facilities, auditorium and conference rooms.

The hotel will primarily target corporate business and will ideally located for delegates attending events at ExCel London, Canary Wharf, the O2 Arena and Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

Originally serving as Sunborn Princess at the Naantali Spa in Finland, Sunborn London has undergone a complete refurbishment of the exterior and interiors and will be brought to London in time for its opening in March.

Also opening in the first quarter of this year is Sunborn Gibraltar. Located at the Ocean Village Marina in Gibraltar, the hotel will offer 189 rooms, VIP casino, cocktail bar, several restaurants and a ballroom.
