Partnerships have also been agreed between International Confex and ACE, ESSA, Eventia, HBAA and MIA, and many of these industry associations will be providing extra features and support to the show on behalf of their members.

Donna Bushell, event director of International Confex, said: "We said that we wanted to give the show back to the industry so working with these associations was a priority. We're delighted to have their support.

"These are partnership arrangements where we can give each organisation, and its membership, an exceptional promotional platform. In exchange we're working with them to bring dynamic content and relevant buyers to the show."

International Confex will take place from 12-13 March 2014 at Olympia, London.
