Spikin joins after five years with Peppermint Bars & Events where he worked with their hospitality, catering and events management team.

Fitzpatrick will take up the position of events manager following her industry placement, during which she managed a host of private client events.

Sam Welply, owner of Wellpleased Events, said: "Lucy brings technical stage production, AV and lighting knowledge, which is often so rare in an event manager, and we’re excited to have her on the team."

Welply also praised Simon Spikin’s record of successful project management during his time at Peppermint Bars & Events.
