The half-day event, which took place on Tuesday (10 December), attracted more than 70 of Pandora's investors and equity analysts from the US and Europe.

The event kicked off at 1pm with a buffet lunch before a series of presentations from Pandora's chief executive Allan Leighton. Guests also heard from many of the company's senior level executives.

The purpose of the event was to offer an insight into Pandora’s design process, as well as the commercialisation of its products.

It was the first time Pandora has held an event for investors. Jakob Risom, head of press at Pandora, said: "We usually meet our investors on a one-to-one basis, but this was a great way to get everyone together in one place. London was a logical choice as it is the financial capital of Europe. We had a great turnout."

Pandora jewellery is sold in more than 70 countries and employs close to 7,000 people.
