Adding Value's event sales have risen by 30% year-on-year in 2013 and turnover has reached £5.3m.
The agency has also appointed former DBMT staffer and C&IT A Lister Sally Yates as a project manager to work on key accounts, including Kaspersky and Peugeot. Yates left DBMT in November, following a restructure of the agency's events division.
Randle Stonier, chief executive of Adding Value, said: "Growth and a relocation are on the agenda for 2014. Our focus is to grow our three core disciplines: digital and social, events and experiential, and marcoms."
