Organised by ISES, MPI, Site and supported by BVEP, Mistletoe 2013 was attended by 300 industry figures who celebrated 2013 at London's The Hop Exchange and raised money for Meetings Industry Meeting Needs and Jo's Cervical Cancer Trust.

The ICC and NEC Birmingham hosted a Christmas drinks reception for event organisers on 3 December 2013 at Collyer Bristow Art Gallery in London. London-based clients were among those networking and celebrating the past year.

C&IT attended a press dinner for the launch of Mamounia Lounge, a Middle Eastern restaurant, cocktail bar and late-night haunt in London's Mayfair.

Business travel and hotel booking agency opened another UK office, in Hull, with chief executive Ian White welcoming staff to the new premises.
