The initial phases of work on the three venues – Highgate House and Barnet Hill in Surrey, and Woodside in Warwickshire – will see about half a million pounds worth of improvements with a similar sum of investment expected later in 2014.

Conference rooms and bedrooms at all three venues will also be redecorated and refreshed as part of the programme.

There are also major plans to change Highgate House’s main entrance, bar and guest welcome area.

The investment programme will start from January 2014 and work will be carried out at carefully chosen times to ensure minimal customer disruption.
