Logistik has appointed Salomon as a communications and engagement strategist.

At Kenexa, Salomon was the lead consultant working with leadership teams at large organisations including Volvo Group and Lloyds Banking Group.

Logistik Group’s head of consultancy Matthew Ede said: "The appointment of Daphna has added strength and breadth to Logistik’s rapidly growing in-house team.

"Our clients are increasingly looking to bring a higher level of people understanding and insight into their communication and engagement programmes. That’s exactly the right approach - it’s what will make or break success and determine whether the programmes become embedded in the business or not.

"Daphna’s specialised skill-set in organisational and social psychology is the perfect complement to our Consultancy team, providing our clients with unique expert advice and strategic delivery, developing programmes and experiences that engage people and help them to achieve their goals," said Ede.

Salomon added: "I’m excited about having joined Logistik Group. I was drawn to them because of their reputation as one of the UK’s best communications agencies and the calibre and quality of clients they partner with. "
