The networking and competitive skiing event, which is now in its 27th year, starts with a two-hour Business Forum, which will focus on key issues affecting the commercial property market, and culminates in a ski and snowboarding race day.

Speakers at the Business Forum will include Martin Moore, chairman of M&G Real Estate, and David Camp, chief executive of Stanhope, while LSH chief executive Ezra Nahome will face questions from more than 100 property professionals as part of a panel debate chaired by Estates Gazette editor Damian Wild.

Other networking opportunities at the three-day event will include a drinks and buffet reception on Thursday 30 January and a rolling networking lunch and a networking dinner on Friday 31 January.

The final day of the 2014 Ski Challenge, which is organised by Momentum Ski, will be dedicated to racing, including various ski and snowboarding, individual and team competitions. More than 100 competed in the various competitions at last year's event.

A giant slalom ski clinic will be available for the second year running for anyone looking to perfect their technique ahead of the race day.

The event is supported by Estates Gazette and sponsored by Wedlake Bell, BDO and Snow + Rock.
