Now in its fourth year, the event will take place on 21 November at the Radisson Edwardian Guildford, bringing together experts from a range of organisations including the Business Disability Forum, PCC Worldwide and Mind.

Speakers from Guildford Borough Council and Surrey County Council will also be in attendance to discuss the importance of workplace wellbeing.

Banu Gajendran, health and safety manager at Allianz Insurance, said: "We believe that effective wellbeing programmes can not only improve the health of employees but ultimately can deliver business benefits by increasing high performance behaviours."

"We look forward to welcoming many local businesses to our conference, which will provide expert advice on how they can create a positive working environment committed to ensuring the health, safety and welfare of their employees whilst meeting their business goals."
