The Disney Institute is the professional development arm of The Walt Disney Company, which runs courses globally offering professionals in the private, public and social sectors an insight into the company and how it has built its reputation for customer service.
Benchmark was responsible for sourcing the venue, marketing and promoting the event, as well as event logistics and onsite organisation.
