More than 500 delegates and visitors are expected to attend the annual conference at the Imperial Hotel between 2 and 3 November. It is the second year the event has been held at the hotel.
Speakers will include shadow health secretary Andy Burnham, shadow minister for women and equalities Gloria De Piero, shadow environment secretary Maria Eagle and shadow Northern Ireland secretary Ivan Lewis.
Mandy Tythe-McCallum, Marketing Blackpool’s tourism manager, said: "There is always a buzz around the resort whenever there is a conference and, in particular, when it is a major political event."
Business tourism represents an average of £44m in economic benefit to businesses in Blackpool each year.
