Speaking exclusively to C&IT, Clearwater Events founder Stephen Morton-Prior, said: "The US presents a new, untapped market for us. Our clients tend to be from the manufacturing industry and there are many manufacturing companies based in the south-west region.
"Jenifer used to work for American Express in an events role and will operate Clearwater's presence in the US from 2014.
"We are an agency with big ambitions to remain small so we can continue to deliver a hands-on service for our clients."
Clearwater has also won a pitch to provide sales and marketing services for Queens' College Cambridge. Morton-Prior added: "We have started offering marcom services, as well as event management. We are digressing as a company in order to meet the demands of our clients."
