The new partnership, which will be supported by the Pickled Walnut Catering division, will enable companies in the region to source venue finding, project management, staging, lighting, audiovisual and catering elements at the same time.

Mike Hughes, director of Pickled Walnut Events, said: "The new arrangement means that businesses will be able to access all their event requirements from one place – a one-stop shop effectively.

"Events are a serious business and the trust, integrity, quality and track record we share with Adlib, having worked with them over the last few years, means that this is the perfect time to announce this strategic partnership as we take our relationship and business development to the next level. We share a strong customer focus."

Speke-based Adlib, which has worked on concerts by bands including The Script and high-profile sports events, played a big part in Pickled Walnut’s ‘Taste of the North’ event at Liverpool Cathedral in April. Pickled Walnut Events was launched on the same evening.

Suzanne Adams, from Adlib, said the company was excited about the new venture. She added: "It will enable Adlib to develop its client base in the corporate market and to work on some new and exciting events."
