The contract includes a wide variety of services including website build, customer service, hotel management and onsite delivery. The onsite delivery will feature access and session scanning, as well as lead capture for exhibitors, using custom built event scanning solutions.

Sibos 2014 will take place in Boston, and Singapore in 2015. The annual event brings together 7,000 decision makers and topic experts from financial institutions, market infrastructures, multinational corporations and technology partners.

The event is broken into half a dozen conference tracks, includes 100 speakers and as many conference sessions, nearly 200 exhibitors, and numerous networking events.

Grass Roots helped to deliver Sibos 2013 in Dubai in September, which was attended by more than 7,600 delegates.

Giselle Ripken, managing director of delegate management at Grass Roots Meetings & Events, said: "This event plays to our key strength of being able to manage a complex portfolio of visitor requirements and our appointment is testimony to our proven track record in first class delivery."
