The global creative agency, which is set to treble employee numbers in the area, has transferred the existing 12-strong team from the previous base in Hurley to a 465sqm state-of-the-art office at Hazel Tree Barns, between Kenilworth and Coventry.

It has had Jaguar Land Rover as a client for more than 14 years and recently retained the company’s three-year global exhibition programme.

Imagination's new two-storey Midlands base was one of two derelict barns two supporters gave the Heart of England Community Foundation in 2009, along with £500,000, to convert into office space. Rental income goes to the charity.

Patrick Reid, chief executive of Imagination EMEA, said: "We have a track record of offering a seamlessly integrated service to our clients locally, regionally and globally. Our move to Coventry demonstrates our continued commitment to Jaguar Land Rover and we are able to support the Heart of England Community Foundation and the local economy at the same time."
