While details are still being finalised, Lodestar managing director Phil Watton said the event would be a jubilant celebration to recognise the innovation Philips has made during the past century.
The 100th anniversary is the latest in a series of events which Lodestar has created for Philips in recent weeks.
Last week, the agency produced a Philips event for around 400 attendees at the Ghelamco Arena, which opened in Ghent, Belgium, in July this year.
Around 160 Philips staff, 70 media and 150 stakeholders from local authorities to hospitals attended the conference on 3 October, which had a focus on three themed experience areas – 'Connected Living', 'Liveable Cities' and 'Transforming Healthcare, Together'.
"Innovation is one of the cornerstones of what Philips does, so the conference was a way to introduce staff, media and stakeholders to the cutting edge of what the business is doing," explained Watton.
Lodestar has also delivered Philips' press conference at the global innovations show IFA 2013 in Berlin in September, as well as the Philips Capital Markets Day for investors in London on 17 September.
