The Impact Conference and Brand Impact Awards will take place on 6 March at the London Film Museum. It will focus on the theme of collaboration between creative teams, illustrators, writers, photographers and corporate clients.
Industry sectors covered at the conference will include FMCG, sports, retail and drinks. Speakers lined up include James Somerville, vice-president of global design at Coca-Cola, and James Hilton, co-founder and chief creative officer of digital agency AKQA.
The Brand Impact Awards will recognise the best in branding and brand campaigns.
Future title Computer Arts and website Creative Bloq will be the main brands backing the events.
Nick Carson, Computer Arts’ editor, said: "Branding has always been a really core topic for Computer Arts – it's the design industries bread and butter, and everyone from a freelance designer to a major global agency engages in it in some capacity.
"So it was the perfect subject area to explore in our first industry conference and awards scheme."
