Danone Baby Nutrition operates in a highly regulated market and with a number of new entrants in the sector, protecting its share is vital. Employee engagement is key to the firm's success, hence the importance of its Baby Talk Live annual conference, which took place at venue At-Bristol.

Danone's overarching business objective for 2013 was to drive growth by embracing competition. Top Banana worked with the client's MD to set four objectives. They included getting staff to stay focused on the business's priorities.

The theme 'Us on Form' was devised. The event started with the executive team sharing the 2013 priorities. For the first time delegates were asked to text questions, which led to lively debate. Other activity included creative workshops and 'on form' workshops on Danone's Cow & Gate and Aptamil brands.

Some 95% of delegates said they left the event knowing the business priorities for 2013, with 89% having a better understanding of how their role could support business obectives.
