Robin Freebairn, Wendy Gliddon, Caroline Adair and Kate Braxton all join the ageny as account directors. The appointments follow the agency’s move to new premises in Herfordshire.

Simon Fookes, Motivaction’s sales director, said: "Having moved in to our new office, we are excited to continue growing the team and, as a result, the number of events and experiences we are able to offer.

"The extension of our team is driven by our growth strategy and follows our relocation to new preimies in Ware, Hertfordhire. We'll continue to look for talented individuals across our service areas as we build depth to our team and proposition."

In July this year Motivaction reported that difficult trading conditions and squeezed margins led to a decline in profits in 2012.

Motivaction managing director David Buxton said at the time: "We do not believe in standing still so The MotivAction Group is always seeking ways to improve our business and exceed expectations. 2012 was focussed on setting up a number of different areas for the business ready for 2013."
