Based on the Stoneythorpe Estate in Warwickshire, the IXL Events Centre is situated adjacent to the Dallas Burston Polo Club.

It includes a main auditorium with an elevated stage, retractable catwalk and full-size cinema screen. The venue offers several glass-panelled meetings rooms overlooking the auditorium; hospitality and VIP zones with outdoor terraces with views of the polo club's all-weather Super Arena; and bars and dining areas.

The venue is suitable for an array of events, including conferences, exhibitions and trade shows.

Dallas Burston, the owners of the new venue and polo club, said: "The UK, particularly Middle England, seemed to be lacking in luxury large-scale leisure and business facilities, and providing the Midland hub with such a venue was a goal which I’m proud to see is now being realised.

"I’m excited by the prospect of introducing IXL to both a national and international audience, whilst simultaneously building interest in the sport of polo."

The centre is located a few minutes drive from the M40, and boasts a helipad.
