In the first quarter, the agency – part of the Appointment Group – is expected to deliver three events, including a four-day ski incentive for sales and support staff in the Alps.

A global kick-off event for up to 400 delegates will also take place, along with a management meeting for up to 60, including leaders from the UK.

Events by Appointment operations director Sam Robson said: "We are delighted to be chosen to work with NTT Com Security on their events programme and to use our experience and expertise to create and design a series of inspiring and rewarding events and a benchmark for the future."

Events by Appointment will manage venues, production, delegate registration and activities as well as gala dinners. In addition Events by Appointment, which has an in house travel and flight service, is managing the booking of all group flights for the events.

Information security company NTT Com Security has around 300 employees in the UK, as well as offices in the US and Germany, and first worked with Events by Appointment this year on a ski incentive in Switzerland and a global management meeting.

NTT Com Security senior vice president of global marketing Gavin Bradbury said: "Events by Appointment ran a successful global management kick-off and ski incentive for us early this year and we were confident they could deliver our annual events programme and guide us though the process in an efficient and proactive manner. Their experience in negotiating with venues has resulted in significant savings and added benefits already."
