SPRING
Ideal for enjoying Paris in the springtime, Oenodyssee, which specialises in oenological (wine) events, launched two incentive programmes in April. Groups can experience a day of work and relaxation at the vineyard of Suresnes, 15 minutes from Porte Maillot and La Defense, surrounded by vineyards with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Activities include a tour of the Clos vineyard, wine-tasting and the 'Top Sommelier', where participants put themselves in the sommelier's shoes, pairing wine with dishes, with all of the guests judging the pairing. Fat Tire Bike Tours has also expanded its activities, offering corporate groups visits to Versailles from March to October for groups of up to 20.

SUMMER
Chez Clement restaurant chefs create menus annually based on summer flavours. This year's fare included fresh goat's cheese with tapenade and provencale terrine, with rustic picnic baskets available for groups. The food can be enjoyed outdoors, on shaded terraces at Chez Clement Saint-Michel or the Champs-elysees and hidden spaces like the very bucolic Bougival garden. For a spot of retail therapy, delegates can take advantage of Paris' summer sales, which start in the last week of June, lasting until the end of July. Discounts ranging from 20 to 70 per cent are available during the final days of the sales.

AUTUMN
Housed in a former powder store on the Ile Saint-Germain, at Issy-Les-Moulineaux in the south of Paris, the restaurant L'Ile serves gourmet food in an unusual venue. The restaurant stands on an island in the Seine and its terrace becomes a winter garden from the beginning of autumn. Available for full private hire, the restaurant can host an intimate dinner for 20 or a seminar for 500 people.

WINTER
Enjoy a tour of Paris in an authentic 2CV with 4 Roues Sous 1 Parapluie – in the winter, the cars have transparent tops, giving delegates the opportunity to enjoy the views while staying warm. The 398-room Intercontinental Paris Le Grand (pictured) has an 800m2 winter garden situated in the middle of the hotel, and also offers a 2,200m2 conference space, including 21 rooms, 13 of which have natural daylight.
