Around 120 retail staff from Swarovski's UK stores will attend the conference and gala dinner at the Doubletree by Hilton hotel in Tower Bridge from 8-9 October 2013.
AOK Events has been appointed to provide AV and stage design and will be producing a bespoke branded Swarovski stage set with a double plasma display and plasma relay throughout the room.
Day one will include a half-day meeting followed by a black tie dinner with a casino and entertainment. The room will be dressed to reflect a Swarovski ‘Brand Experience’. Delegates will stay overnight at the hotel and attend a full-day conference on day two.
AOK Events sales director Ben Eustace said: "We were given the opportunity to work with Swarovski due to a referral about AOK Event’s event management skills. I have the overall responsibility to develop the account and work closely with all areas of the team.
"We are on board with Swarovski’s marketing and PR team to hopefully develop a close working relationship for next year. The future looks encouraging and the events very exciting."
In 2013, AOK Events has also run conferences for Ocado and Karen Millen. AOK Events will also deliver hospitality for the 2014 Ryder Cup.
