Crown, MCL, Quadrant Events and Glasgows Event Management have won a place on Network Rail's events roster, following a call for tenders in May.
MCL has been appointed to deliver the brand's 'You Make the Difference' awards for 500 staff in November 2013 at Grosvenor House hotel in London.
Network Rail received more than 200 proposals to the events tender, which it launched in May. Of these proposals, 118 failed to meet Network Rail's criteria. Eight agencies were shortlisted and invited to pitch for the contract in July.
Network Rail has previously worked with Crown, MCL and Quadrant Events.
All four agencies will now deliver AV, stage and logistics event management, plus venue arrangements, for Network Rail's events, conferences and award ceremonies across all its businesses and routes throughout England, Wales and Scotland.
The contract includes business briefings, management conferences, partnership awards and the 'You Make the Difference' awards.
Network Rail senior events manager Rebecca Harmer, recently profiled by C&IT, said: "All four suppliers are able to deliver events across the UK, which is a big factor for Network Rail because we have a lot of regional offices.
"It was also important for our PAs to have one point of contact as they book a large number of smaller meetings. All suppliers demonstrated professionalism and a high level of knowledge on the industry and event technology."
Paul Querfurth, account director at Crown, added: "Crown has worked for Network Rail for more than 10 years, delivering employee and stakeholder engagement event communications. We are very proud to win our way onto the framework, to continue the relationship and to be part of Network Rail's exciting and challenging future."
