Held in Prague, Czech Republic from 23-25 September 2013, the event will host buyers representing organisations from more than 20 countries, with Ikea, Continental and Siemens also confirming their places.

"This year marks a huge uptake in buyer registrations this far in advance of the event. Previous conferences have seen more than 30% buyers in attendance and we are confident that we will surpass this figure based on early indicators," said Catherine McGavock, GBTA’s regional director for Europe.

"Businesses are recognising the real opportunities and ROI available by attending this kind of European event. An educational focused conference with an opportunity to interact with industry professionals, network with peers and learn from leading experts during the interactive and engaging conference programme. Last year of the 95% of buyers, who set objectives for the conference, 91% achieved their objectives." said Paul Tilstone, GBTA’s senior vice president global operations.

Mia Andersson, global programme manager, AstraZeneca Travel Service, a delegate registered to attend this year’s event, said: "This is the second year I will be attending the GBTA Europe conference. It is a fantastic learning and networking opportunity over two days; last time proved to be invaluable in ensuring I had a clear understanding of future industry changes and the solutions available to corporations."
