Bassford joined the Nottingham-based agency, which specialises in video production, events and digital media, in 2006 as a senior designer.
Bassford has worked on many high profile national public and private sector campaigns such as the very yellow Change 4 Life 'Be Food Smart' campaign, working alongside agencies such as Saatchi and Ogilvy.
In his spare time, Bassford is a film maker and has won international awards for directing.
