Rose, previously head of client services at Communique, has worked in the events industry for more than 20 years.

Rose will lead the client-facing account direction from Zibrant's Derby-based head office and will lead the agency's management and event delivery teams. His role will also include the development of engaging events solutions for new and existing clients.

Rose said: "I’m excited to take on the challenge of working at Zibrant, a leading player in the events field. I’m confident that my past experience will provide a solid basis for this new role, however I’m sure I can learn a lot from the great team at Zibrant and I can’t wait to get started."

Fay Sharpe, managing director of Zibrant, said: "We’re pleased to welcome Mark to the highly successful events team at Zibrant. Following a fruitful year, I am confident that the current investment in our events team will further support the company’s growth and development. I am looking forward to working with Mark and I know he will be an asset to our expanding team."
