W&O is restructuring over the coming weeks, which will see its Ilkley office close and merged with its head office in Victoria, London.

W&O has said that the move is designed to 'strengthen its operational and business development capabilities' and that it will be recruiting additional staff.

W&O managing director Sallie Coventry said: "Creating one centralised team is a fantastic opportunity for W&O. It not only confirms our desire to grow, it also enables us to focus more closely on our clients and the quality of our services. This enhancement of operational capacity follows closely on the establishment of W&O’s new specialist business development team, recently brought on board by group procurement and commercial director, Andrew Gilkerson."

Gilkerson added: "With the new sales capacity, as well as the increased operational strength and efficiency. We are now ideally placed to take advantages of the many exciting opportunities that are emerging in the market."
