For the fourth year running, Beyond Certainty organised the event, this year at Quaglino’s restaurant in Mayfair.

Some 300 corporate and event planners attended, with 20 destinations exhibiting.

Beyond Certainty’s managing director Haralambos Stavrou said: "We have been impressed with the professionalism and selfless dedication of the steering committee and the Oysters in general which, unsurprisingly, has resulted in the success and increasing popularity of their activities. The Oysters are now recognised and respected as an established entity in the MICE industry and we look forward to working with them again in the future."

Last year’s party at London’s One Marylebone was attended by more than 200 corporate and event planners, with 19 international tourism authorities and convention bureaus.
