Royal International Convention Centre, Brisbane: Opened in March, the Royal International Convention Centre (RICC), offers multi--functional and flexible event spaces which can accommodate up to 3,000 delegates. The 10,000 square metre two-level building features three halls, seven meeting rooms, two boardrooms, an open foyer space and a landscaped plaza suitable for outdoor events.
Dolton House Hyde Park, Sydney: The venue opened last month and features a ballroom, sweeping staircase, grand arched windows and three sandstone fireplaces. The venue has two meeting spaces, the Manhattan and Avenue Rooms, both featuring state of the art technology.
Old Darwin Town Hall: Groups in the Northern Territory can now host meetings in the ruins of The Old Darwin Town Hall. Built in 1883, the ruins have been stabilised and restored to provide an al fresco location in the heart of Darwin’s central business district, capable of accommodating up to 300 guests for stand--up functions and 150 guests for dining events.
