Polar Black Events will provide onsite event management and promotional staff for the luxury watch company IWC Schaffhausen’s new collection launch taking place in Selfridges London from 24 June - 7 July.

Polar Black Events has run previous events for IWC Schaffhausen including the 2013 Ingenieur watch collection launch and the new engineering partnership with Mercedes AMG Petronas Formula One team, the launch event on 25 June 25.

The installation features a ‘virtual wind tunnel’ in which the watches are showcased as well as a Mercedes AMG Petronas Formula One car simulator.

Xavier Cadiou, director at Polar Black Events, said: "It is a great privilege to again be working alongside this prestigious watchmaker. Our team has considerable experience in the luxury watch sector and will ensure this launch event reflects the high-end precision and exclusivity of the brand."

Simon Chambers, brand director for IWC UK, added: "Based on our previous experience in working with Polar Black, we had no hesitation in turning to them for the provision of event management and hosting of our exhibition space within Selfridges. They clearly understood our requirements and delivered against the high standards expected from our customer and brand experience."
