Brand experience agency RT Marketing has been appointed production partner for the 2013, 2014 and 2015 International Fundraising Congresses, organised by the Resource Alliance and taking place annually in the Netherlands.

The International Fundraising Congress is a global event, bringing together nearly 1,000 senior fundraising professionals from 63 countries. This year’s four-day event, taking place in October at the NH Hotel Leeuwenhorst in Nodvejk near Amsterdam, will include over 100 conference sessions, together with a gala dinner, awards ceremony and exhibition. Deemed to be the world’s premier annual conference for fundraisers, the event attracts some of the biggest and most progressive non-profit organisations across the UK, Europe, North America, Asia, South Africa and Australia.

As production partner for the Congress, RT Marketing’s remit will be to handle production and visual communication throughout the event, interpreting the theme for the 2013 Congress: ‘How are we Changing the World?’

Laura Boulton, head of conferences at the Resource Alliance said: "Communication at every level is critical to the success of the Congress. People come from all over the world because they know they’ll meet and learn from the best fundraisers in the business. Whether they are networking over coffee or participating in our Masterclass progamme it’s essential that we facilitate and maximise that engagement. RT Marketing have proved themselves to be experts at conveying our messaging into compelling audio visual communication."

RT Marketing managing director David Spicer said: "We’ve been the IFC’s production partner for the last two years, and are delighted to learn that our relationship has been formalised with a contract for the next three years’ events.  In addition to managing all AV content, we’ll provide the interface with local suppliers."

The agency will also assist the Resource Alliance in maximising its own presence throughout the fabric of the congress and exhibition – as a prime mover in helping non-profit-making organisations around the world build their fundraising capacity and long-term financial sustainability.  The International Fundraising Congress will provide a showcase and a learning opportunity, creating a concentrated networking hub for both new and very experienced fundraisers.
