HGA Creative appoints head of business development and senior designer

HGA Creative has appointed Gemma McCall as head of business development and Kate Lester as and senior designer.

Lester joins from Ear to the Ground, and brings five years’ experience of design for digital, print and events as well as her specialist area of brand identity.

McCall, who has over 12 years experience in developing new business, has been recruited to drive the agency’s business development strategy. Her previous roles include a two-year tenure at Creative Spark. 

"I am very excited to join HGA Creative and raise the profile of this amazing agency that already produces work for many high-profile national brands. My aim is to adopt the existing new business strategy, develop it based on my own experience and take HGA Creative to the next level," said McCall.

HGA Creative work with brands including Shop Direct Group, Virgin Media, Lloyds Banking Group, Kellogg’s and Phones 4u.
