Lester joins from Ear to the Ground, and brings five years’ experience of design for digital, print and events as well as her specialist area of brand identity.
McCall, who has over 12 years experience in developing new business, has been recruited to drive the agency’s business development strategy. Her previous roles include a two-year tenure at Creative Spark.
