Indesit merges three events into one

Indesit combined an incentive and product launch with its annual conference for the first time in Portugal last month and will look to merge further events for its cost-saving benefits.

Indesit held a week-long event for 800 dealers at the newly-opened five-star Epic Sana Alrgarve from 19-26 May 2013.

The event combined Indesit's annual conference, the launch of a new range of products and initiatives and an incentive trip.

Jayson Weston, events manager at Indesit, said: "This year we combined these events for the first time. It was a money-saving venture, but it also meant that our trade customers did not need to take extra time off from work to attend more than one event.

"We were able to capitalise on the event by finding a hotel that could host a range of events. The week was very well received and we will consider combining these events again in the future."
