Jones previously worked in agencies including TBWA/GGT, Maritz and the JJ Group and is an award-winning creative with D&AD, John Caple and Creative Campaign successes to his name.

He has more than 30 years' experience of working with some of the world’s largest companies involving more than 100 brands and has been utilising a blend of media channels including TV, press, radio, direct marketing, digital marketing and specialised channel and incentive marketing.

Jones said: "I like nothing better than a blank piece of paper and a challenge, and like to explore the art of communication in as many different ways as possible.

"So when the opportunity to help put together fantastic films and real ‘live’ experiences for P&MM’s great client list was offered, it was too good an opportunity to turn down."

Chris Clarke, P&MM’s director of group event services, said: "We have secured a growing number of experiential and communications-led events in recent years, meaning that we have gradually added ever more creative people to compliment the exceptional delivery skills already in place.

"This ensures that we continue to compete and win business at an increasingly much higher level than when events really meant ‘logistics’. It has become so much about the big idea, how to communicate it and execute at the top level."
