Brown's previous roles include head of events at Vinopolis and business development manager at The Concerto Group.
Brown joined Events by Appointment earlier this year and has now been made a permanent full-time member of the team.
Since joining, Brown has worked on two events for an IT and communications solutions company. The first event for 300 of the company's partners took place in Monte Carlo in March 2013 at Le Meridien Monte Carlo.
Monte Carlo was chosen because it presented a good value option in March and because of the appeal of the destination itself.
Events by Appointment's operations director, Sam Robson, said: "Marjory's all-round experience in running UK and European conferences, large UK road shows, staff motivation events, awards ceremonies and Christmas and summer parties adds additional depth to the team.
"Combined with a sound knowledge of venues, logistics, catering and production, Marjory’s appointment has already proved a real asset delivering events in Monaco and Barcelona for a large American telecommunications client, an account that she now manages.
