As reported in C&IT last month, Zibrant revealed increased profit in 2012. As a result of its exhibition sector growth, with companies including Brintex and QEII Conference Centre, the agency, part of Motivcom, has created a new specialist business development manager role to focus on developing the company's accommodation division.
Meanwhile, a second business development manager will be responsible for seeking new business opportunities with clients which require an event management, incentive, production and AV service.
Recent client wins in this area include two international incentives for the payment processing company Elavon.
Anthony Coyle-Dowling, global sales director of Zibrant, said: "Following a successful six months at Zibrant where we have worked hard to win several new clients, and we are delighted to be in a position where we are able to expand our sales teams.
"We know that those we employ are integral to the on-going success of Zibrant; for this reason we are looking to recruit two more high-calibre candidates, whose support will become essential for Zibrant looking towards the future."
Zibrant currently employs nearly 200 people across its European offices, headquartered in Derby.
