The A List 2013: Charlotte Mulvihill, Principal Global Events

Charlotte Mulvihill, 24, is senior project executive at Principal Global Events

Charlotte joined the agency in 2010, following a degree in events management and international hospitality.

Boss says: "Charlotte's desire for perfection is evident in every project she tackles whether it be a small, large, or more complex event. Her good commercial eye enables her to provide a service that is commendable for someone of her age," says Anupa White, director at Principal Global Events.

Career high: I organised and managed a 200-person event in Alicante, from brief to execution, including pitching for the business.

Worst event moment: Before the event we had arranged for increased bandwidth in order to run six identical web-based sales sessions simultaneously over two half days. We had tested the internet strength during the event set-up and all seemed to be working well but this was not the case during the first morning's sessions.

I wish I'd run: Global Gathering dance music festival.

Alternative career: Working with pandas.

Next step: To work my way up to project manager at the agency.
