The A List 2013: Anna Workman, Lodestar

Anna Workman, 27, is assistant producer at Lodestar

Anna joined the agency in 2011, having previously lived in South Africa, working at an experiential marketing agency specialising in music and lifestyle festivals.

Boss says: "Anna's recent work on two quite different projects has shown her to have significant potential within a very broad skills set," says Jason Worsley, director at Lodestar.

Career high: A client awards ceremony in Amsterdam. Creating a special weekend and the thanks we got made it all worthwhile.

Worst event moment: Having a Mr Whippy van go awol at a client's summer family fun day. We managed to get a last minute stand-in but it has somewhat put me off ice cream.

I wish I'd run: I was lucky enough to be living in Cape Town during the World Cup 2010. It would have been great to contribute to such a global spectacle.

Alternative career: Travelling the world writing for Lonely Planet or at a glossy fashion magazine.
Next step: To build my experience at Lodestar and progress my career.
