The A List 2013: Kerry Loughran, Jack Morton Worldwide

Kerry Loughran, 31, is creative producer at Jack Morton Worldwide

Aged 22, Kerry was a broadcast associate at CBS News Productions in New York. She had been in the role for three weeks when she decided to join Jack Morton, and has been at the agency ever since.

Boss says: "Kerry's rare ability to adapt and transfer both her creative and organisational skills to any project is an invaluable asset," says Miles Platt, head of operations at Jack Morton.

Career high: Launching a Wella product - for the creative freedom I was allowed. But I will never forget warming up audiences of 5,000 women on Oprah's Live Your Best Life tour by dancing up and down the aisles to Dolly Parton's Peace Train at age 23.

Worst event moment: In South Carolina a brand ambassador seemingly stole the car we hired with all the other brand ambassadors' handbags. We had to lure her back, secure the keys and then sack her.

I wish I'd run: Secret Cinema, Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, Olympics Opening and Closing Ceremonies, the Oscars.
Alternative career: A combination: a writer, painter, interior designer, public speaker, traveller ... oh yes, and photographer.

Next step: Spend more time on my writing projects and see them take off, and also begin taking classes in painting, interior design and furniture refurbishment.
