The A List 2013: Patrick Ockendon, Corporate Innovations

Patrick Ockendon, 25, is account manager at Corporate Innovations

After working for a motorsports events and marketing company, Patrick joined Corporate Innovations in April 2010.

Boss says: "Patrick is an integral part of the team with his creative thinking and shopper marketing expertise. He has helped to retain and grow a number of CI's biggest accounts during 2012," says David Watt, managing director, Corporate Innovations.

Career high: Taking an exclusive group to Ecuador and staying in a lodge in the middle of the Amazon.

Worst event moment: Arriving at the airport to fly home following an event and finding out that a guest had left their handbag and passport at the hotel two hours away. Due to snow in the UK they had to get a flight back the next day.

I wish I was running: The Rugby World Cup 2015, as it's on home turf.

Alternative career: Racing driver or rugby player.

My next step: Ultimately to have my own marketing and events agency.
