Will worked in-house at Ralph Lauren, coordinating its outlet store events, moved to a prize incentives agency then joined Black Tomato just over two-and-a-half years ago.

Career high: The Nissan 'Built to Thrill' event I ran last November, encompassing a number of different motor-sports that influenced Nissan's Juke car. Our solution was an adrenaline-fuelled seven-day itinerary in Morocco across the Agafay desert, two mountain ranges and eventually the Sahara.
Worst event moment: Trying to coordinate five coach-loads of prize winners through London rush hour traffic to a film premiere.
I wish I'd run: Burning Man Festival in Nevada.
