Lauren previously worked as a personal assistant to the managing director of an automotive firm. She joined AYMTM in June last year.

Career high: Trekking up a mountain in Marrakech and assisting the project management for an incentive event with a past colleague.
Worst event moment: Turning up to a venue at 11pm the night before to set up to find the carpet ripped up and wet paint signs all over the woodwork.
I wish I'd run: The 2012 London Olympics - it's what spurred me on to leave my previous job and pursue my career in events.
