Prior to joining Rouge, Alex worked for a marketing communications agency, Arnold KLP, on the Training and Development Agency for Schools account, managing its annual events programme.

Boss says: "Alex has taken on a leadership role on our largest corporate account and is responsible for delivering a complex series of events over the summer. Her work is always of an outstanding quality and she brings creative solutions to the brief. Everyone who works with her on-site, from clients to suppliers, appreciates her professionalism and enthusiasm for delivering a great event," says Victoria Walker, head of agency at Rouge Events.

Career high: Last summer, at a festival we produced, during the headline act by Example and DJ Wire, the crowd was going crazy and the set looked awesome. I felt really proud to be part of the team.

Worst event moment: Our headline artist pulling out of an event the night before; and trying to find a replacement at the last minute.

I wish I'd run: A large-scale outdoor festival; something like Glastonbury would be the dream.

Alternative career: Interior designer - I'm obsessed with hunting for quirky finds to style my flat.

Next step: To build on my existing knowledge and experience and to become an expert in my field.
