After graduating from the University of Nottingham and a round-the-world trip, Charlie joined Sledge in 2010.

Boss says: "Charlie has worked on the O2 account for many years and knows what makes the O2 teams tick. His attention to detail is second to none," says Laura Capell, managing director at Sledge.

Career high: Filming vox pops with concert pianist Lang Lang at the Sheldonian Theatre in front of a rather bemused Michael Parkinson for a gala dinner to launch Telefonica in the UK, an event that also featured projection mapping sequences, Ferran Adria and catering by Jason Atherton.

Worst event moment: Watching a motivational speaker at an event cut his feet while walking across a pit of broken glass, before asking the senior leadership audience to have a go was a terrifying moment.

I wish I'd run: MTV's Video Music Awards.

Alternative career: Growing up I wanted to be a Blue Peter presenter.

Next step: To continue to work with brands that I love, delivering results that as a team we are proud of.
