Lisa worked as a freelance events manager and joined Logistik three years ago.

Boss says: "In 2012 Lisa and her team have seamlessly delivered numerous projects in the UK and overseas ranging from roadshows to conferences for more than 4,000 delegates, receiving outstanding feedback from our clients. She has been instrumental in the development of our logistics and venues function including overseeing the creation of own delegate management software system," says William Sutton, commercial director at Logistik Group.

Career high: Working on the Mobo Awards in 2011 was a great moment, especially giving Jason Derulo dance advice.

Worst event moment: All delegate and crew flights were cancelled at the end of an event in Berlin due to bad weather, and trying to get everyone home was an interesting time.

I wish I'd run: The Queen's Diamond Jubilee Concert outside Buckingham Palace - not a bad venue.

Alternative career: I almost became a primary school teacher and most certainly would choose this as an alternative career.

Next step: To keep growing and expanding the logistics function to become the logistics director.
