Parnham, who left Zibrant last month after 13 years, has joined the event management and venue finding agency in a "friendly takeover" and plans to boost the company's turnover from £300,000 to more than £4m in five years.
Parnham said: "This is a strong company with a solid turnover and more than 50 loyal clients. It’s two owners have a great reputation in the industry and deliver excellent service, but what I intend to bring for them is a more ambitious plan for development and growth."
Parnham, who is chair of the HBAA and a regular contributor to C&IT, has previously worked in roles including head of international events at Barclays.
